5. Non-Circumvention
Employers introduced to candidates through HireYourNextExecutive.com agree not to directly or indirectly circumvent the Company by:

Hiring, engaging, or contracting with a candidate introduced by HireYourNextExecutive.com without honoring applicable fee arrangements

Referring introduced candidates to affiliated entities, subsidiaries, investors, or related parties for employment without disclosure
This non-circumvention obligation applies for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of introduction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in this section modifies or replaces any separately executed recruitment agreement.
6. Fee Protection
Where a candidate is introduced by HireYourNextExecutive.com, and that candidate is hired, engaged, or otherwise retained by the employer (or any affiliated entity) within twenty-four (24) months of introduction, HireYourNextExecutive.com may be entitled to a recruitment fee pursuant to the applicable engagement agreement.
Website use does not override signed client agreements. In the absence of a signed agreement, fee entitlement may still arise under customary recruitment industry standards.
