We mostly recommend and approach individuals with who we have had a significant amount of experience in either a direct working relationship or via being a part of an executive forum, collaboration or environment where the necessary skills to fill your position have been clearly demonstrated.

Led by Darryl and Tom, using their multiple connections and global experience in finding the right candidate, we know people, we find people and we deliver people with a meaningful mission, presenting your needs, and being able to find you the perfect candidate
Our experience is extensive across all key areas of Human Resources in an effort to satisfy the needs of your business. We are personally involved in the search process, and downselect through a combination of previous experience with the candidate as well as a fundamental understanding of the skillset and breadth of knowledge that the candidate will bring to the table.
