All information on this Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• A binding offer

• A guarantee of employment

• A guarantee of candidate placement

• A commitment to provide services

• Legal, financial, or professional advice

No employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship is created through use of this Website.

3. No Guarantee of Results
HireYourNextExecutive.com does not guarantee:

• That any candidate will be placed or hired

• That any employer will hire a candidate

• That any opportunity will remain available

• That any candidate is suitable for a particular role

• That any representation made by users is accurate

All hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the employer.
All acceptance decisions are solely the responsibility of the candidate.

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Use of this Website and Services is at your own risk.
Employers are solely responsible for:

• Conducting interviews and due diligence

• Verifying credentials, experience, and references

• Performing background checks

• Making independent hiring decisions

Candidates are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of submitted information

• Evaluating employment opportunities

• Negotiating compensation and employment terms

HireYourNextExecutive.com is not liable for any business, employment, financial, reputational, or operational decisions made by users.

5. Non-Circumvention
Employers introduced to candidates through HireYourNextExecutive.com agree not to directly or indirectly circumvent the Company by:
 

• Hiring, engaging, or contracting with a candidate introduced by HireYourNextExecutive.com without honoring applicable fee arrangements
   

• Referring introduced candidates to affiliated entities, subsidiaries, investors, or related parties for employment without disclosure
   

This non-circumvention obligation applies for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of introduction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in this section modifies or replaces any separately executed recruitment agreement.

6. Fee Protection
Where a candidate is introduced by HireYourNextExecutive.com, and that candidate is hired, engaged, or otherwise retained by the employer (or any affiliated entity) within twenty-four (24) months of introduction, HireYourNextExecutive.com may be entitled to a recruitment fee pursuant to the applicable engagement agreement.

Website use does not override signed client agreements. In the absence of a signed agreement, fee entitlement may still arise under customary recruitment industry standards.

7. Accuracy of Website Content
HireYourNextExecutive.com makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Timeliness

• Reliability

Website content may be modified or removed at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireYourNextExecutive.com, its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity

• Reputational harm

• Employment disputes

• Data loss or system interruption
   

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.

9. Portal Conduct
Users agree not to:

Access may be suspended or terminated at the Company’s discretion.
